1. Service
BandScribe assists with stem separation, chord detection, lyric recognition, notation, mixer practice, and private band sharing. Automated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting separation, chord, lyric, tempo, bar, and notation results before relying on them.
2. Rights to audio and other content
You may use only material for which you hold the rights required to copy, upload, analyse, and share, such as your own recordings or material authorised by the rights holder. Purchasing an audio file does not necessarily grant permission for cloud analysis. You must not bypass technical protection, download material without authorisation, or publicly redistribute stems, lyrics, or scores without permission.
3. Private band sharing
You may share only results that you are authorised to use. Invitees register a display name and join a private band. Check the recipients, songs, and messages before sending, and do not redistribute shared material outside the band without permission.
4. Plans, credits, and renewal
A monthly plan is not unlimited cloud analysis. It includes access to the plan's features and a monthly allocation of analysis credits. The current design is Standard at JPY 500 per month with 10 monthly credits (maximum held balance 20), and Pro at JPY 2,000 per month with 20 monthly credits (maximum held balance 40), including Pro 10, Pro 12, and selectable-instrument separation. Standard six-stem analysis costs 1 credit per song. Pro 10 costs 4 credits per started five-minute block, Pro 12 costs 6, and selectable instruments add 1 credit per selected add-on per five-minute block to the base cost. The app shows the required amount before analysis. Credits are committed only after successful completion; failed or cancelled jobs return reserved credits. Playback, mixing, viewing completed results, and reuse within the same authorised Band cost no credits. Users may manually buy 10 additional consumable credits when offered; BandScribe does not auto-purchase them. Current prices, included credits, renewal terms, and regional taxes shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen take priority. Auto-renewable subscriptions are charged to the Apple Account and renew unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions and request refunds through Apple. Consumable additional credits are not restorable.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, distribute results without permission, attack the service, bypass authentication, payment, or usage limits, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or interfere with operation.
6. Changes or suspension
Features may be changed or suspended when reasonably necessary for maintenance, failure recovery, third-party service changes, excessive load, legal or safety concerns, or a violation of these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss resulting from use or inability to use the service. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Miyazaki District Court is the agreed court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Contact: mimikopi.app@gmail.com.
